Forensic archaeology generally deals with search, location and recovery of human remains or any other buried evidence. Archaeologists are able to identify certain anomalies in the ground, undertake proper recording that may be later used in court, and provide an expert interpretation of the context in which the body/body parts was deposited and buried.
