Course Summary

During this presentation our forensic scientists will provide investigators and submissions teams with an insight into the application of a wide range of Marks and Traces (M&T) analysis to investigations of traffic incidents and explain the value that these important forensic disciplines can bring to different aspects of enquiries.

Our M&T presentation will demonstrate the continued value that traditional evidence types can still bring to answering specific questions in an investigation.  It will explore the analysis of a range of Marks that can be encountered and how Trace evidence such as Glass, Paint and Fibres can be utilised. With the use of case examples, we will explain how critical these evidence types can be and how they can provide significant forensic links. There will be an opportunity for Q&As at the end of the session.

This will be a free to attend event hosted on Microsoft Teams.
