Forensic Services

Special Operations

Cellmark Forensics Services prides itself on being an adaptive, dynamic and progressive company. If you are a police force and you wish to conduct an operation or case review that may involve unusual sample types, requires a distinct method of reporting whether paper or electronic, needs a quick response time and an experienced reporting scientist to manage all the results and reporting then please contact Cellmark Forensic Services to see how we can help.

If your operation or case review contains a single sample or hundreds our cutting edge DNA techniques and a wide range of reporting capabilities can deliver a tailor made service. suited to your needs and requirements. Our DNA expertise means we will accept the challenge to generate DNA profiles from samples where previous attempts have failed or where other forensic service providers may have deemed samples as being unsuitable.

We also offer an enhanced volume crime service. This introduces an extra level of interpretation and assessment in relation to DNA profiles that do not meet the required criteria for permanent inclusion to the National DNA Database. These profiles are generally either "partial" or "mixed" DNA profiles (the latter containing DNA from at least two individuals). Often these profiles can contain enough information to be used by police either for intelligence purposes or they can be used evidentially.

For a service tailored to your force's needs and requirements, contact Cellmark Forensic Services.
